As you age, some brain functions will improve and others will decline, but evidence-based brain training
includes meditation, cognitive training, and biofeedback. Each time you learn or memorize something new, your brain forms
new connections among brain cells and that is healthy. Omega 3 fish oil supplements have also been shown
to support healthy brain function.
