Being flexible in your mind and in your body can improve your overall health and wellness.




Daily Prescription for Health

Flexibility allows your body to move more freely and reduces the risk of injury to  the knees, hips, ankles, and lower back.  Take time  to increase your flexibility, the payoff is worth it.  Stretching is the key.  Always warm up for at least 10 minutes before you begin to stretch and hold for six to eight seconds.  Your muscles are most receptive to change early in the morning.   Stretching in the morning will keep your limbs looser throughout the day.




Daily Spiritual Journey

We must learn to cast all our cares on the Lord to enter into a more flexible mindset. Cast all your care upon Him, for He cares for you.1 Peter 5:7.


Lord help me to become more flexible in my mind an body.  I must learn to cast all my cares on you knowing that you care for me.
