You can wean yourself from
unhealthy eating habits by substituting "dead" food products with "living foods." For example, choose Ezeikel or manna
bread instead of white bread.

Prescription for Health
"Living
Foods"-organic fruits, vegetables, whole grains, nuts and seeds produce life. Man-made food is generally "dead"
meaning it has no enzymes and will usually lack vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, and phytonutrients.
"Dead
Foods" include most fast foods, sugary foods, processed foods, junk foods, and snack foods. Excessive intake of
dead foods lead to disease in the body.

You
shall be called the Repairer of the Breach, the Restorer of Streets to dwell in. Isaiah 58:12.
This
verse comes from Isaiah 58, often called the fasting chapter of the bible. You're encouraged to read this chapter.
It defines the type of fast God will honor. God has a plan for you and your family.
Prayer
Dear Lord, I thank you that your Word promises that You will restore
what the enemy has taken from my life. I declare today by the authority of Jesus in my life, I will no longer allow
the enemy to steal from my health, relationships, or home. Bring the reconciliation power of Your Spirit into every
situation, and may each person I encounter today be touched by Your love.
