Focus Thought

We need to understand that our thinking patterns and emotional responses affect our bodies.  God desires for you to be totally well, physically, mentally , emotionally, and spiritually.



Daily Prescription for Health 

What we eat effects our moods and attitudes, What we think affects how our bodies digest food and impacts how we handle stress.  Our spiritual well-being is affected by our physical and mental health. 


Toxic emotions such as anger, resentment, fear, anxiety, grief and depression create excess stress.  Positive emotions such as gratitude, joy, love, and peace relieve stress.   These positive emotions are also associated with good heart rate patterns and stress reduction.


Daily Spiritual Journey

Keep your heart with all diligence, for out of it springs the issues of life Proverbs 4:23.


Dedicate this time of fasting to focus on things God has done in your life.  List things you are thankful for.  Be grateful for your physical well being: hearing, taste, smell, use of arms, legs, and so on...  Thank God for meeting your daily needs.   Thank Him for the love ones and friends in your life.(Do this Daily).



Dear Lord, I ask that you help me keep my heart free from wrong attitudes and emotions.  In stead of complaining about things that I don't have, I choose to be grateful for the many blessings I do have.  I choose today to let go of negative thoughts and lies from the enemy of my soul.  I will stand on the promises of your word in Jesus name AMEN!
